On a beautiful lot in an ideal neighborhood, the outdated 50 year-old house left a lot to be desired, but we considered it a "diamond in the rough". Sam and his professional subcontractors installed an entire new metal roof on our home, new flooring on the upper and lower floors, remodeled three bathrooms, converted our wood-burning fireplace to a gas fireplace, replaced our rundown back deck with Timber Tech decking, and painted the entire interior and exterior of our home, all while we were living in it. I have learned that Sam is not as interested in money or profit margin as he is in creating a high quality home with very satisfied customers. The best form of advertising. One of the issues I was most impressed by was that everyday at the end of the work day, the crews would clean up their construction mess. “Best construction / contractors we've ever worked with. We had one smaller scope project with RAM to see if it would be a good fit for a major remodel. It went beautifully so we planned and worked the major remodel and couldn't be happier with the experience. Attention to detail, communication, and no corners cut. Getting everything coordinated and completed timely was no easy task with so many moving parts but it happened (major walls being moved, completely moving the kitchen / plumbing around, etc.). We will absolutely be using them again as we round out a few other projects.”
